PROFICIENCIES
Proficiencies contribute towards the outward development of the Cadet. There is no maximum requirement for the number of proficiencies a Cadet wishes to complete.
LOGBOOKS.
Each Cadet will be issued with a Water Bourne Activity Logbook. This Logbook must accurately record the actual time spent on the water,
including the launch and recovery times, and will be inspected randomly by the Area Officers during their inspections. These Logbooks will be required for advancement. Should a Cadet lose his Logbook, he will have to replace it at his expense and will need to prove to the Instructor that he has completed the required "hours on the water".
